Ordering and customization

How do I customize my jewelry?

On the product page, enter your text in the designated field, then add it to your cart. Check the spelling: we engrave exactly what you enter.

Do you proofread my customization?

Yes. Before any production begins, we proofread every name and date. If we have any doubts, we will contact you.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free and tracked within France.

What is the lead time?

Free tracked delivery. Jewelry without engraving: 7 to 15 business days; engraved jewelry: 7 to 15 business days; Sun & Moon Duo: 7 to 15 business days (details on our Delivery page). A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.

When is the deadline to order for Christmas?

To receive personalized jewelry in time for Christmas, please order by November 29.

Jewelry and sizes

What material is your jewelry made of?

Most of our creations are made of stainless steel, with a silver or gold finish. The exact material is indicated on each product page.

How do I choose the right size?

Our bracelets are adjustable. For necklaces, please consult our size guide.

Is the jewelry delivered in protective packaging?

Yes, every piece of jewelry is shipped in protective packaging.

Returns

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Non-personalized jewelry: you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Personalized jewelry: it is not subject to the right of withdrawal (Art. L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code), but in the event of a defect or error on our part, it will be remade or refunded. Full details can be found on our Returns and refunds page.
