Delivery times
- Jewelry without engraving: 7 to 15 working days, after 1 to 3 days of preparation.
- Engraved jewelry: 7 to 15 working days in total.
- Sun & Moon Duo (magnetic): 7 to 15 working days.
Fees and tracking
Delivery is free in France. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Multiple items in one order
The delivery time for the order is based on the item that takes the longest to prepare.
Delay or package not received
Write to us via our contact form with your order number. You may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, and failing that, cancel the order and be refunded (art. L216-6 of the Consumer Code).
Damaged package
The transport risk is borne by the seller until the package is delivered. Take a photo and contact us via our contact form: we will find a solution.
